1. About Our Services
FlyQibla works with trusted airlines, hotels, and travel providers to arrange your trip. In some cases, we act as an agent on behalf of these providers, which means their individual terms may also apply to your booking.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is issued to you.
  • Flights usually require full payment at the time of booking
  • Holiday packages may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due before departure
  • If full payment is not received on time, your booking may be cancelled
Prices may change before full payment is completed due to supplier updates or currency changes.
3. Pricing & What’s Included
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
  • Included services will be clearly listed in your booking confirmation
  • Extras like travel insurance, visas, baggage fees, or excursions are usually not included unless specified
  • Taxes and known charges are included at the time of booking
4. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us in writing.
  • Cancellation charges depend on how close your travel date is
  • Changes such as names or dates may incur additional fees
  • Major changes made by airlines or suppliers may entitle you to a refund or alternative

5. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documents.
  • A valid passport (usually with at least 6 months validity)
  • Any required visas or entry permits
  • Compliance with health and vaccination requirements
We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip. This should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
7. Your Responsibilities
When booking with us, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate personal and travel information
  • Arrive on time for flights and transfers
  • Follow local laws and regulations during your trip
  • Ensure respectful behaviour for all travellers in your group
8. Liability
FlyQibla arranges travel services through third-party providers. While we carefully select partners, we are not responsible for their actions, delays, or service issues.

Our liability is limited to the value of your booking, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed connections or personal expenses.
9. Special Requests
We will pass on any special requests (such as meals or accessibility needs), but we cannot guarantee they will be fulfilled as this depends on the provider.
10. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws. We only share your details with providers necessary to complete your booking.
11. Complaints
If something goes wrong during your trip, please inform us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Written complaints should be submitted within 28 days after your return.
12. ATOL Protection
When you book an ATOL-protected flight or package, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This confirms financial protection in case of supplier insolvency.
