Cancellation Timeline
More than 30 days before departure
Full refund minus a £50 administrative fee per person. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
15–30 days before departure
50% refund of the total booking value. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email.
Less than 15 days before departure
No refund available. However, you may request a name transfer (subject to approval).
Flight Cancellations & Changes

Airline-initiated changes:
If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative flight.

Customer-initiated changes:
Changes depend on airline policies and may include additional fees and fare differences.

Non-refundable fares:
Some promotional fares are non-refundable. These will always be clearly shown before booking.

Refund Processing

Credit/Debit Card 5–10 working days
Bank Transfer 3–5 working days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Third-party services are subject to their own refund policies.
